The wax finish is truly Timeless, easy application with Annie wax brush. May be applied with Annie Sloan's paint brush and with rag/towel. I have to say, the wax brush was Made to apply it. Easy clean up, mineral spirits and dawn soap and water/degreaser. It isn't necessary to rewax every year with Annie Sloan's Wax, it is your final finish and it can be thinned to apply differently. Usually 2 coats is enough, you may however apply 3.
