Summer Villa IOD Paint Inlay

12" x 16" Inlay, which is essentially printed paint, to be laid into a wet medium, clear top coat/ paint.
Let dry and wet the paper and remove gently to reveal image bonded in medium. Best to spray a setting clear coat so image doesn't move on you while adding a top coat.
